1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or creating an account on VideoGenerator.in ("the Platform"), operated by VideoGenerator.in Team ("we", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our generative AI rendering tools.

2. Commercial Use & IP Ownership

Subscribers on paid plans (Pro and Agency) receive full commercial usage rights and intellectual property ownership over the output video renders generated through our platform. You may monetize these videos on YouTube, Meta Instagram Reels, client deliverables, and broadcast networks without copyright claim restrictions.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users must comply with all Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and Copyright Laws. You agree not to use VideoGenerator.in to:

• Create non-consensual deepfakes, synthetic impersonations of real individuals, or defamatory content.
• Generate hate speech, sexually explicit media, violent graphic imagery, or politically deceptive media.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass rendering API rate limits.

4. Subscriptions, Token Credits & GST Billing

All subscription fees and credit top-ups are billed transparently in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) via supported UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Netbanking. GST tax receipts are issued automatically upon transaction completion.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
